Our marketing team plays a key role in lead generation, positioning, and demand creation, working closely with sales and partnerships to drive Kindly's success.
What you'll do 📋
As our Head of Marketing, your job will be to:
Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, focusing on high-value prospects and enterprise clients.
Ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and partnerships to support our commercial activities throughout the entire customer journey
Drive high-quality lead generation and create sales opportunities tailored to large enterprise clients
Increase Kindly’s visibility within our target markets: Nordics and Benelux, with a strong focus on expanding throughout Europe
Develop and execute growth strategies for expansion into new markets
Optimize Kindly’s website for SEO and enhance the customer journey
Manage marketing automation and CRM tools, ensuring efficiency in our marketing operations
Lead high-touch B2B event strategies, including executive roundtables, trade shows, and hosted events, as a key driver of enterprise engagement and thought leadership
Work closely with the partnerships team to align on co-marketing efforts and joint go-to-market strategies
Develop thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, webinars, and executive content, positioning Kindly as a trusted authority in the industry

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing within a SaaS company, focusing on enterprise clients
You are a proactive doer who thrives on execution while keeping a strategic mindset. You’re not just planning—you’re hands-on, making things happen
You have a strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, and demand generation
You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and know how to leverage AI tools and integrations within the extended CRM marketplace to drive efficient and scalable marketing operations
You are skilled in advertising on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a focus on targeting large organizations
You understand sales and partnership processes, and how marketing can support enterprise sales cycles
You have strong analytical skills and can leverage data to optimize campaigns for high-value accounts
You communicate effectively in English
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and balance the big picture with the details that drive success
You have experience with B2B event planning and execution, leveraging executive engagement and networking events as a core marketing strategy
