You will join the Customer Integrations team as we evolve it into a Professional Services function. The team is technically strong but early in its journey around client advisory, structured problem solving, and consultative delivery. Note that this is a technical, non-commercial role.
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer who can lead by example, challenge existing approaches, and help raise the bar technically and professionally.

🌟 What you will do:
As an Implementation Engineer on the Customer Integrations Team, your job will be to:
Design and build scalable, production-grade integrations between our AI agent platform and third-party systems.
Own integrations end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, release, and reliability.
Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, including shaping scope and tradeoffs.
Act as a technical advisor - confidently challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches.
Partner with Sales and CSM teams to scope integrations and identify expansion opportunities.
Help define repeatable integration patterns, tooling, and documentation as we build our Professional Services model.
Raise standards internally by improving architecture, communication, and engineering best practices.
🌟 Who we think you are:
3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a customer-facing engineering role.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript and NodeJS. If you can do all four, you get extra points.
Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and extracting unclear requirements.
Strong system design instincts and experience owning code in production.
Clear communicator with good business awareness - you understand how technical decisions drive customer value.
Confident enough to push back, but pragmatic and collaborative in how you do it.
Structured way of working with the ability to meet deadlines.
🌟 It’s a bonus if you have experience with:
Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or IT management consulting.
GCP, Kubernetes, Firebase.
CI/CD, automation, and developer productivity tooling.
Postgres, Valkey, or similar databases.
Formal CS or engineering background.
QA experience.
