Kindly is a growing tech company of 70 employees, working out of Oslo and Stockholm. We create chatbot solutions for businesses, particularly in the e-commerce sector. We have over 140 incredible clients that include Elkjøp, Nordic, Kahoot!, Varner-Gruppen, Norwegian and Happy Socks – just to name a few. What you'll do 📋
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on the Marketing team, your job will be to:
Manage, nurture and grow your pipeline by following up on incoming leads from Marketing campaigns as well as Sales prospecting initiatives
Maintain a minimum call and email volume to move your leads down the Sales funnel
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Swedish market
Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using HubSpot and other tools
Partner with Account Executives to work the territory and Marketing colleagues to drive strategic campaigns
Stay up-to-date with Kindly’s products and services
Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop your skills in a revenue-driving role

Familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone
