Kindly is growing rapidly and in order to break into new markets on a global scale, we need an experienced Product Marketing Manager.
We’re looking for candidates that can be a key driver for Kindly’s growth and that can take the lead on the positioning and branding of our suite of products. Reporting to the CMO, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to help drive the product launch and go-to-market strategy across new and existing markets, as well as work closely with our global sales team, and enable them to effectively position our products and solutions and differentiate us from our competition. You will be a driving force of the go-to-market strategy as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption of Kindly’s products to achieve pipeline, adoption, and revenue targets
- Articulate the product value proposition (with input from sales, marketing, Engineering and Leadership teams) to elevate Kindly’s market position and drive new business growth
- Create product materials that enable the sales teams to effectively showcase and communicate the value of Kindly
- Accelerate market awareness and product adoption through compelling thought leadership content and customer stories
- Drive the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, positioning
- Produce thought-provoking content that relates to the future of e-commerce, chatbots, customer journeys, conversion optimization for different channels/purposes incl. blog posts, webinars, videos, and whitepapers
- Bring fresh and creative ideas on how to create and execute materials that foster forward-thinking approach in the industry
- Work with analysts for positioning and adoption strategy
- Drive competitive insights and information to correctly position Kindly as the leader in our arena and landscape
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of (product) marketing experience within a SaaS, MarTech or e-commerce company
- Deep knowledge of the MarTech and/or e-commerce space
- Expertise in collaborating with technical teams incl. engineering, product and machine learning
- Demonstrable experience in communicating complex technical concepts via easily digestible collateral
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand buyers' most critical business issues and the ability to translate product and service capabilities
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level clients and partners to solicit feedback on products and solutions
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Creative flair with good attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Fluent in English
